Vebego Airport Services zorgt ervoor dat elke passagier en bezoeker een positieve herinnering overhoudt aan zijn bezoek aan de luchthaven van Brussels Airport. Hun medewerkers zetten zich dag in dag uit, 24 uur per dag en 7 dagen in de week in om een bijdrage te leveren aan een aangename, schone en duurzame luchthaven. Functieomschrijving Als Operations Manager bij Vebego Airport Services Belgium ben je eindverantwoordelijke van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op de luchthaven van Zaventem.
  • Je maakt het operationeel budget op en vertaalt afspraken met Brussels Airport Company in concrete doelstellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze doelstellingen en KPI’s behaald worden.
  • Doelstellingen behalen doe je niet alleen: je begeleidt een team van facility – en zonemanagers die op hun beurt gemotiveerde ploegen aansturen. Je behandelt hun vragen en coacht hen; je voert regelmatig overleg, organiseert evaluatiegesprekken,… .
  • Je kent de sterktes van je teamleden en weet ze efficiënt in te zetten. Zo waarborg je de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten.
  • Je onderhoudt de contacten met Brussels Airport Company en externe stakeholders met het oog op een constructieve en duurzame samenwerking.
  • Een luchthaven is een zeer dynamische omgeving en voortdurend in verandering. Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen hierop afgestemd zijn en creëert een omgeving waarin continu verbeteren centraal staat.
  • Het kwaliteitssysteem, externe audits, veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkinstructies vallen ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. 
Profiel
  • Je werkt en denkt op het niveau van een professionele bachelor.
  • Je kan rekenen op een 6 tot 8-tal jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • People management is niets nieuws voor jou en dit kan je ook aantonen.
  • Die ivoren toren? Daar zit jij niet in. Je bevindt je dagdagelijks tussen jouw mensen en zo weet je wat er leeft op de vloer. Bovendien ben je proactief, hands-on en klant- en resultaatgericht. Ten slotte heb je een sterke persoonlijkheid en bezit je goede relationele vaardigheden.
  • Aangezien je in een internationale omgeving werkt, weet je je vlot uit te drukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan een blanco attest van goed gedrag en zeden voorleggen.
