Als Service Manager bij Axians ben je het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten omtrent de geleverde diensten, én voor het Managed Services team omtrent de te leveren diensten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het parallel managen van verschillende IT Infrastructuur services zoals vastgelegd in de Service Level Agreements. Je bewaakt hierbij scope, time, budget én kwaliteit. **Je functie**
- Als Service Manager sla je de brug tussen de klant, leveranciers en het Managed Services team.
- Je verzorgt de communicatie naar de klant omtrent de geleverde services en behandelt de vragen die de klant hierbij heeft. Je stemt hierbij nauw af met de Account System Engineer.
- Je verzorgt ook de communicatie intern, naar het Managed Services team, omtrent de te leveren diensten en behandelt hierbij ook hun vragen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van time, budget en scope en zorg je ervoor dat de service correct, kwalitatief én conform de afspraken opgeleverd wordt. Je hanteert hierbij de Axians service methodologie.
- Je volgt wekelijks de geleverde prestaties en leveringen op. Je volgt ook proactief de recurrente diensten en onderhoud op.
- Je maakt facturaties op en volgt deze betalingen op.
- Je stimuleert teamwork.
- Je werkt intern mee aan het verbeteren van onze service methodologie.
- Je bent bereid om kleine projecten bij klanten op te nemen en hiervoor de rol als project manager op te nemen.
**Je profiel**
- Minimum 4 jaar ervaring als service manager in de IT-sector of een andere relevante werkervaring.
- Je bent vertrouwd met service methodologieën zoals ITIL.
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt interesse in IT Infrastructuur.
- Je bent communicatief én assertief. Je kan je aanpak aanpassen naargelang de personen waarmee je samenwerkt.
- Je bent creatief en kan out-of-the-box denken.
- Je bent administratief sterk.
- Je kan je uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
