We are looking for a Faction Lead to manage the Cloud Engineering team. Are you highly skilled in cloud technologies and have a solid background in software engineering? As a member of the Cloud & Data Chapter, you take on a leading position in a team and deliver added value to our customers in the context of cloud engineering

**Your key areas of responsibility as Faction lead of Cloud Engineering**:

- Mentor and manage a team of about 10-15 consultants.
- Build a team spirit by organizing team activities, proactive individual follow-up and other ad hoc activities.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence
- Contribute to the development of your team by recruiting new resources
- Define training plans and ensure skills and capabilities are aligned with the company objectives and market evolution in collaboration with Chapter’s Knowledge Manager
- Ensure deployment of the faction strategy to operate with a focus on capabilities per sector and business lines
- Proactively manage and optimize staffing taking into account company performance but also individual ambitions and development plans
- Identify strength and weakness of your consultants to provide them guidance and motivation.
- Support sales and pre-sales with answering staffing requests, RFI and RFP
- Support the business development by brainstorming innovative solutions with prospects/clients, present proposals.
- Participate in shaping the Cloud & Data offering and business development strategy.
- You take part as a consultant on project delivery to assist our clients with their cloud challenges
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related field
- At least 5 year’s experience with Cloud, Devops and software engineering.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (eg. Terraform)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with previous experience managing or leading a technical team
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
