**Context**:

Altesia is a young company with a philosophy of providing solution mainly to SME’s in the areas of Finance and Procurement. The company is managed by 6 partners with 3 main activities: Finance consulting, Procurement consulting and "Fiduciaire". Partners are still active with their client, and convinced that the SME’s deserve a top quality service working with the best consultant.
To strengthen our sales and business development organization for our offices in La Hulpe, **we are currently looking for a Junior Sales “Finance/Procurement”.**
**Mission**:
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the junior sales is responsible for acquiring new customers, enhancing business, and providing qualified consulting services in a manner that supports the company's mission in Wallonia & Brussels.
**The Key Accountabilities**:
Identify and maximize new business opportunities at new or existing clients
- Approaching prospects (large corporates and SME’s) and driving the future pipeline of new business potential in line with our Value Proposition in our different segments
- Accurate and timely CRM data entry and Reporting
- Work closely together with Director Business Development and Partners to further leverage and operationalize the BD and Account Management Strategy
- Attend sales meetings and maintain up-to-date records on all sales activities
- Conduct sales presentations, client webinars, cold calls, demos during the sales process and represent Altesia at several events
- Be responsible for solving ad-hoc and ongoing commercial issues
- Conducting interviews with Finance and Procurement professionals (consultants & Interim Managers) to develop and broaden Alesia’s network
- Find new consultants / freelancers who could match with Altesia’s open missions
- Actively following-up ongoing missions
- Actively participate in the development of the sales strategy with management.
- Participate in the development of marketing and communication campaigns with the marketing team.
**Background**:
**Experience**:
- Ideally between 2 and 5 years of experience. A track record in a sales organization is a strong asset.
- Sales-driven personality with an entrepreneurial drive
- Outstanding active listening skills
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and internal/external partners to solve problems and achieve goals
- Ability to work on own initiative
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Fluency in French and English - Dutch is a real asset (verbal & written)
