As we continue to expand our operations, **we are looking for an IT ARCHITECT to reinforce our teams in Brussels, Belgium**.
This key function in the management of information systems requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. It requires also a good communication and collaboration skills, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
The position includes:
- Solution design in key projects.
- Verifying whether proposed solution designs fit all architectural, technical and functional frameworks and standards. Helping to address key design issues with an impact on the overall architecture.
- Discuss and approve/reject architectural solutions of the main projects proposed in the inflow process.
- Define technical and architectural standards, provide communication through ICT forums and enforce them across the company.
- Ensure architectural alignment with others architects.
- Approve key decisions within the architecture that impact the business.
- Evaluate the relevance of technological innovations requested by the business and ensure the required system capabilities are present to exploit these innovations.
- Technological market trend-watching of innovations that could be of relevance.
- Conduct post-event analyses of critical incidents and propose solutions.
You have a solid experience in this role and wish to acquire additional skills in project methodology and information technology.
