Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **Operation Officer**.
**TrustUp**, une scale-up belge en plein essor, a une mission claire : transformer le secteur de la rénovation en introduisant la première plate-forme de mise en relation entre particuliers et professionnels du bâtiment. Imagine le TripAdvisor de la construction, mais en mieux En parallèle, nous offrons aux professionnels une suite complète d'outils de gestion pour simplifier leur travail administratif. Ah oui, dernière chose : la Belgique n’est qu’une première étape car nos ambitions sont européennes.
**MISSION**
En tant qu’**Operation Officer**, tu rejoins notre équipe dynamique et tu es responsable de plusieurs aspects cruciaux pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients et la qualité de nos productions:
- Tu récoltes les informations auprès des clients pour la réalisation de leur site web
- Tu assures le check qualité de la production pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients
- Tu suis les demandes de modifications des clients pour s’assurer qu’elles soient traitées rapidement et efficacement
- Tu réalises les modifications demandées par les clients sur divers supports (plateforme, one-page, site web)
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Tu es intéressé(e) par l’interaction avec les clients et tu possèdes une excellente communication
- Tu es à l’aise d’interagir avec les clients B2B et sais écouter et synthétiser leurs demandes
- Tu es à l’aise au téléphone, qui sera ton principal outil de communication
- Tu es organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) dans ton travail
- Tu as des notions ou un intérêt pour la conception web
- Tu es à l’aise avec les outils informatiques de manière générale
- Tu as des connaissances en SEO
- Ton orthographe est irréprochable
