**Our client is a premium incoming travel agency (DMC) established 8 years ago and based in Belgium.**
**They provide a wide range of tailor-made travel solutions in the BeNeLux, with a rigorous selection of travel services (accommodation, transportation, city tours, visits, activities ) to create unique and personalized travel experiences, mostly for individual travellers (FIT) but also for groups (MICE).**
**They are looking for an Operations Officer based in Antwerp for the BeNeLux.**
**Your missions**:
- You are responsible for operating trips in the BeNeLux;
- You are making sure that the travelers are receiving unique and personalized travel experiences;
- You are planning, managing and organizing events and group operations;
- You are liaising with hoteliers, travel guides, attractions, transfer operators,...
- You are making any changes/cancellations that are required, resolving any issues that arise efficiently and professionally;
- You are ensuring all travellers are supported during their trip (last-minute changes, emergency calls...)
- You have high standard of written and verbal communication in French and English. Dutch is a +;
- You have minimum 2 years experience in hospitality;
- You are able to manage a wide variety of tasks;
- You have excellent customer service skills;
- You are able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines ;
- You are a team player;
- You are resourceful, organised, flexible with strong attention to details;
- You are able to work on your own initiative and take ownership for completing tasks;
- You are keen to learn, enthusiastic and honest.
