Als Trainee Business Navigator zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het goed laten verlopen van alle financiële processen, conform de geldende wetten en regels.
Je beschikt daarom over sterke analytische vaardigheden en begrijpt hoe de noden van de business zich vertalen in financiële gevolgen en oplossingen.
Een dag met ons in jouw leven
Een Business Navigator is verantwoordelijk voor:
- Je zet het businessplan van het woonwarenhuis om in een duidelijk actieplan voor jouw afdeling en voert de verschillende acties uit. Zo draag je bij tot de positionering van het IKEA woonwarenhuis als eerste keuze voor woninginrichting in jouw lokale markt.
- Je inspireert, motiveert en betrekt je team volledig bij het bereiken van de doelstellingen en het genereren van groei en winstgevendheid op lange termijn.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, opvolgen en communiceren van alle bedrijfsnavigatiegerelateerde KPI's.
- Je ondersteunt het winkelmanagement actief bij het identificeren van kansen en het implementeren ervan.
- Je rapporteert maandelijks de resultaten volgens de nationale en internationale vereisten en verstrekt op verzoek ad hoc rapporten.
- Je werft, ontwikkelt en leidt je team door open, constructieve en eerlijke wederzijdse feedback aan te moedigen.

Het Trainee Programma
Om op een proactieve manier de successie voor de toekomst te verzekeren, is IKEA Hasselt op zoek naar Trainee Managers voor de afdeling Business Navigation.
In je positie van Trainee zal je deelnemen aan een nationaal gestuurd Trainee Programma. Dit programma werd samengesteld om je binnen een termijn van 1 tot 1,5 jaar klaar te stomen voor een positie van Teamleader en zal starten op 1 Maart 2023.
Het programma bestaat uit volgende aspecten:
- Kennismaking met de verschillende afdelingen van het IKEA woonwarenhuis
- Nationaal georganiseerde management en leiderschapstrainingen
- Leermomenten met Trainee Managers uit de verschillende vestigingen en uit verschillende afdelingen
- Een individueel ontwikkelingsplan
- Een uitdagend project gelinkt aan de afdeling waar je tewerkgesteld wordt
- Afgebakende evaluatiemomenten om je te ondersteunen in je ontwikkeling
Hierdoor krijg je de mogelijkheid om:
- Kennis op te doen en inzicht te krijgen in de verschillende afdelingen
- Je management
- en leiderschapscapaciteiten te ontwikkelen
- Functionele kennis te ontwikkelen over je eigen afdeling aan de hand van een leertraject
- Te leren en te groeien als individu aan de hand van leermomenten in groep, een individueel ontwikkelingsplan, coaching en follow-up
