- Diplôme en communication ou en marketing ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience d’au moins deux ans dans une fonction similaire de Copywriter and Social Media Officer
- Une première expérience de l'utilisation d’un CMS (Content Management System)

**COMPÉTENCES**:

- Compétences rédactionnelles irréprochables en français spécifiquement en matière de rédaction pour les médias sociaux pour lesquels vous maîtrisez parfaitement les codes
- Maîtrise des grands principes SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Connaissance des concepts de storytelling et de la production de textes pour des campagnes de publicité ou de marketing
- Compétences en graphisme et en édition vidéo (Adobe Photoshop & Premiere)
- Compétences en analyse des performances des réseaux sociaux
- Intérêt et motivation humanitaire. La connaissance du monde humanitaire est un atout non négligeable
- Organisation, autonomie et créativité

**LANGUES**:

- Excellente maîtrise écrite et parlée du Français (langue maternelle)
- Anglais courant
- Connaissance passive minimum du Néerlandais

**CONTEXTE**:

- Le Copywriter & Social Media Officer travaille dans l’équipe « Acquisition » au sein de l’Unité « Public Engagement and Acquisition » du Département Communication et Fundraising de MSF-OCB (Operational Center of Brussels) à Bruxelles._
- Sous la responsabilité directe de l’Acquisition manager, votre rôle en tant que Copywriter & Social Media Officer est de rédiger et de publier du contenu sur nos plateformes digitales dans un ‘tone of voice’ adapté aux audiences et à notre stratégie digitale, ainsi que d’animer les communautés pour favoriser l’engagement avec de nouvelles audiences._

**R**ESPONSABILITES**:

- Participer à la mise en place de la stratégie de contenu et rédiger du contenu pour animer les réseaux sociaux francophones, en collaboration avec le Content & Editorial Officer
- Coordonner un calendrier de contenu de médias sociaux organiques en collaboration avec les équipes et en alignement avec les objectifs et les tendances
- Créer, rédiger produire et publier du contenu écrit et audio-visuel sur les réseaux sociaux francophones
- Stimuler l'engagement sur les réseaux sociaux grâce à des approches audience-based et des conversations avec les supporters
- Mesurer les KPI (key performance indicators) des médias sociaux organiques sur tous les canaux pour stimuler l’engagement et l’acquisition de nouveaux donateurs
- Utiliser le suivi UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) sur les publications sociales pour mesurer l'efficacité
- Organiser le contenu existant pour le publier sur les réseaux sociaux
- Assurer le community management sur les réseaux sociaux francophones.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe acquisition sur des projets et des campagnes (génération de textes publicitaires, la création de vidéos )
- Concevoir et rédiger du contenu écrit pour les plateformes web MSF.be, en lien avec la stratégie de contenu définie, en collaboration étroite avec le Content & Editorial Officer néerlandophone
- Mettre en œuvre des best practices SEO (Search Engine Optimization) pour optimiser la visibilité organique de la plateforme web, en lien avec la stratégie digitale définie et l’acquisition manager
- Utiliser des techniques de storytelling dans le but d’optimiser l’engagement et la conversion de la plateforme web et des pages web campagne (SEA ou autre), en lien avec la stratégie digitale définie
