Your Profile:

- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant;
- You have experience in an international environment;
- You are fluent in English (TME business language). Any other language is an asset (French and/or Dutch being an advantage);
- You have good organisation skills, are accurate and efficient;
- You have an interest in privacy’s and technology’s matters;
- You are pro-active and take improvement initiatives;
- You are able to work independently;
- You enjoy working with people across the organisation;
- You are familiar with managing and organising databases, electronic document management and filing systems;
- You are process oriented, analytical and pay attention to details;
- You are at ease with figures and large amounts of data;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

TME’s Privacy team is part of the Legal & Compliance Division. It supports all TME divisions and affiliates to protect the privacy of our customers and employees and operate in compliance with the privacy laws. The Privacy Team is a valuable strategic partner to the business in the development of new products and solutions.

The Legal & Compliance Division is a dynamic and internationally diverse team, which works closely with the business. It provides high quality legal support and advice to the management and business divisions of TME, as well as to its manufacturing and sales & marketing entities in Europe.

**Job description - Your responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Paralegal to provide high quality support to our Privacy & Data Protection Team. Paralegals perform various duties and tasks that directly support lawyers, including creating, maintaining, and organizing their files and databases, and drafting documents.
