**Description**:
**Internship: SOFT HR: recruitment / Employer branding**
**Conditions: - Non-remunerated internship - Duration: Minimum 3 months - Start date: ASAP**
As our intern, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will be the following:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter proficiently to identify bilingual Human Resources consultants proficient in French, Dutch, and English.
-️ Thoroughly document all critical information obtained during interviews and generate detailed interview reports.
**Requirements**:
This internship is an exceptional opportunity for individuals currently pursuing a degree in human resources, work psychology, or a related field. We value the following skills and qualifications:
- Language skills are important. Being able to communicate **fluent** in **at least 2 of the 3 languages (French, English and/or Dutch) is a must.**:
- Study in HR or finance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You need to have a passion for the Human Resources services industry, because it is our core business.
- You are a curious person, who is eager to learn and continuously strives to become the best version of him/herself
- You are agile and flexible, and you easily adapt to new situations and environments
