**Je stage**
Na een intensieve onboarding ga je in samenwerking met een ervaren recruiter aan de slag.
- Je zal met hem en de hiring manager de verschillende interviews volgen om zo de verschillende profielen beter te begrijpen
- Je maakt gebruik van de verschillende rekruteringskanalen om de juiste profielen te vinden( databases, job boards, social media, ) en ze vervolgens te contacteren om hun motivatie en competenties af te toetsen.
- In samenspraak met de recruiter, zal je sommige gesprekken zelf kunnen afhandelen.
- Je neemt deel aan debriefings met recruiter en hiring manager voor en na de selecties.
- Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van de kandidaten
Vermits jij het eerste contact bent voor sommige kandidaten, verwachten we van jou om een echte ambassadeur te zijn van het merk Proximus. Dankzij jouw dynamisme en enthousiasme zorg je ervoor dat onze kandidaten voor Proximus kiezen als werkgever.
**Je Profiel**
- Je hebt een passie voor HR, Je hebt er dan ook voor gekozen om HR te studeren.
- Je bent pro-actief, je kan autonoom werken maar je bent ook resultaat gericht.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Engels & Frans zijn een pluspunt
- Indien je reeds een eerste ervaring in rekrutering hebt, dan is dit een pluspunt

PS: Internships moeten minstens 3 maanden duren, zijn onbezoldigd en maken deel uit van je academisch curriculum.
