Sander. is a Recruitment agency and an HR-Tech start-up. Starting from scratch almost 3 years ago, we now have a team of over 17 people, more than 135 partnerships and an annual growth of 160%. This year alone, we have welcomed 8 people and launched our digital platform.

Our mission is to reinvent the recruitment industry and we are an enthusiastic, ambitious and dedicated team with over 10 years of experience. Our areas of development are financial, IT and HRM recruitment.

**Your function**:

- Management of a client portfolio
- Search for new collaborations and business opportunities
- Identifying recruitment needs (Finance, IT, HR)
- Managing the process from initial interview to final offer
- Meetings with clients
- Negotiation of commercial conditions
- Participating in the development of digital tools with the IT team

**Profile**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or human resources
- You speak/write English and Dutch or French
- A first professional experience is a plus
- You have a good attitude and are communicative.
- You are pragmatic, dynamic and willing to do the extra miles in order to evolve
- Ambitious? Perfect, you are at the right address, our career plan will stimulate you during the first years (Belgium and international)

- After 7 to 9 months: Advanced recruiter

- More or less 12 months later become Managing Consultant
