**Hallo, wij zijn Unique Select Als nieuwste HR-kantoor binnen de Unique groep zoeken wij een gedreven recruitment & selection consultant, die zich zal toespitsen op strategische functies.**
**Over de functie**
Als recruitment & selection consultant buig jij je over tal van middle-managementvacatures. Vanuit wekelijkse klant
- en prospectmeetings leer je de bedrijfscultuur en verwachtingen kennen zodat jij exact weet welke kandidaten aan te spreken. Je speurt proactief naar leidinggevende profielen, gooit alle socialemediakanalen in de strijd en spreekt een uitgebreid netwerk aan, zowel online als offline. Kandidaat op het oog? Je brengt zijn capaciteiten in kaart en koppelt hem aan de juiste vacature, met zijn eigenheid steeds in het achterhoofd. Vol overtuiging presenteer je de match aan de klant. Van eerste kennismaking tot vast contract: een recruitment & selection consultant neemt continu de lead. De vele verantwoordelijkheden neem jij er dolgraag bij

- Prospecten opbellen, vacatures vinden, frisse ideeën voorstellenJe bent niet bang van een gezonde portie ondernemerschap en rijgt de commerciële opportuniteiten aan elkaar.
- Je streeft klinkende resultaten na, zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen. Persoonlijk én performance-driven. Dat sterk netwerk komt daarbij ongetwijfeld van pas.
- Onze assessments hebben geen geheimen voor jou. Jij kan de resultaten moeiteloos analyseren en inzetten als selectietool.
- Een betrouwbare business advisor voor de klant? Een betrokken carrièrecoach voor de kandidaat? Twee rollen die jij moeiteloos combineert
- Dat bachelor of masterdiploma heb je al in the pocket. Ervaring is minder belangrijk, maar maturiteit is een must.
- Naast het Nederlands beschik je bij voorkeur over een goede kennis Engels en Frans.
- Hoofdzakelijk werk je vanuit ons kantoor regio Limburg. Doch, gezien onze nationale focus ben je bereid om je systematisch te verplaatsen doorheen de provincies. Die flexibiliteit wordt gevraagd, maar zeker ook gegeven.

Van commerciële vaardigheden, tot sociale wetgeving: alles komt aan bod. Al na één jaar kan je kiezen voor een uitgebreidere salesopleiding. Daarna beslis je zelf of je jouw leiderschapscapaciteiten wil aanscherpen. Onze organisatie bulkt van de doorgroeimogelijkheden Als kers op de taart schenken we aandacht aan je mentale gezondheid, met een warm welzijnsbeleid.
Verder mag je rekenen op volgende arbeidsvoorwaarden:
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur
- Glijdende werktijden
- 2 thuiswerkdagen per week na je opleidingsperiode
- Naast je 20 wettelijke verlofdagen, bouw je 12 ADV dagen op jaarbasis op

We vertrekken vanuit de jobomschrijving, tonen tonnen initiatief en schuiven vaste contracten naar voren.
Onze klanten variëren van KMO’s tot multinationals en dit verspreid over de regio Limburg, Vlaams Brabant & Brussel. We werken voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor regio Hasselt maar verplaatsen ons - als adviseur voor onze klanten & kandidaten - regelmatig doorheen de provincies.
