**Position Summary
Do you have a passion for data, insights, and coffee? Do you want to work together with the teams towards the most performing plans for the Belux market? By joining our team, you will be in the driving seat for customers insights, analytics and sharing deepdives with other departments. The role will also consist of updating & interpreting KPIs. Data maintenance and enrichment is also in the scope.
**A day in the life of a CRM data analyst
- Marketing Activities B2C & B2B
- In charge of customer segmentation and profiling
- Perform target selection & optimization of marketing activities
- In charge of Adobe set-up for several campaigns and support on Nessoft set-up
- Recommend new or improved marketing operations based on analytical results.
- Assessment reports for all major promotional and communication activities
- Adhoc analysis for internal departments (boutique, e-sales, trade, B2B)
- Perform analytical & statistical analysis (SQL CKLR, SPSS Modeler,...)
- Key Performance Indicators
- Manage recurrent CRM reports for B2C and backup in case needed for B2B.
- Forecast & monitor development of database & other relevant KPI for MSR/MBR/OMP
- Monthly update of the net acquisition & net acquisition value dashboards
- Identify key trends and criteria that influence customer behavior
- Present status of Database KPI's at marketing meeting with highlights
- Database maintenance and enrichment
- Support with external partners and/or HQ the cleaning, maintenance and the enrichment of the database with the appropriated corrections and new fields
**Meet the team
The Nespresso Marketing team consists of 17 people operating in 4 distinct teams: Brand, Product, B2B and Customer experience & insights. You would be part of the later one which is a dynamic team of 5 persons. The CX&I team collaborates with all the departments (Channels, Demand & supply, B2C,..) to feed with data, insights and also our colleagues from marketing and be the guardians of net acquisition.
**What will make you successful
- Degree in mathematics/Statistics, or economic studies with large quantitative component
- 3-5 years experience in data mining related activities.
- Analytical experience using software tools in a business-oriented environment.
- Experience with geoanalytical software (Regiograph, Mapinfo, etc) is a plus
- Willingness to learn & proactivity
