**Responsibilities**:
Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies through effective change management practices and training programs.
Increase user adoption of modern workplace tools in Microsoft365: Teams, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
Act as internal consultant to support and empower the users for the use of low code tools within M365 stack
Oversee the provision of user support, training, and documentation to maximize the benefits of digital workplace tools
Collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand their needs and implement corresponding digital workplace solutions
Manage relationships with service providers to ensure high-quality solutions and support.
Develop policies, standards, and best practices for the use of digital tools and ensure compliance with data protection and security protocols
Stay informed about emerging digital workplace trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate the organization's digital environment.
**Master recherché****:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital workplace or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
Proven track record of implementing digital transformation initiatives and driving change in an organizational context.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, consisting of non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
