You will be in charge of
As a Digital Project Manager at Addmore, you're the key person of your team managing projects from kick-off to delivery. You will oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality standards. Your mission is to empower both tech scale-ups and promising startups, helping them bring their products to market faster.

Key responsibilities:
++ Promote collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement website projects
++ Guarantee project delivery within specified deadlines, scope, and budgets
++ Facilitate clear and concise communication between clients and our creative and technical experts
++ Develop detailed project roadmaps, defining objectives, scope, and requirements
++ Create precise project timelines and monitor the budgets
++ Coordinate regular status meetings and client updates
++ Oversee user testing and quality assurance to ensure thoroughness
++ Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists
++ Utilize the latest project management tools and software for optimal efficiency
++ Promote the enhancement of project management processes and performance indicators

**Your skillsets we need**:
Hard skills
++ A solid foundation or a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Media, IT or a related discipline
++ Proficiency in English is required
++ A track record with at least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the tech or studio scene
++ Skilled at understanding complex details of website development tools and ever changing technologies
++ Skilled in using project management software to successfully complete projects
++ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude that set industry benchmarks
++ A thorough understanding of the (web) design and development ecosystem

++ Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives
++ Strong written articulation and presentation skills
++ Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment
