**Team/division description**:
European Learning & Development (EL&D) is part of Part of the People & Site Services division of People & Innovation.
Its primary purpose is to develop and educate Toyota employees in Europe by delivering training and enabling learning. Our aim is to implement effective and innovative learning & development solutions that inspire you to continuously learn and excel in your role.?
In addition to developing, organising and/or delivering the various training programs to Toyota Motor Europe Members, we also provide support to our Affiliates in Europe for Toyota specific and Management and Leadership development programs.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Perform activities linked to planning, preparation and follow up of training deliveries
- Manage corporate training catalogue in Toyota Motor Europe Learning Management System (LMS)
- Enable, manage and optimise training offer the system
- Coordinate preparation and delivery of multidisciplinary programs for graduates
- Coordinate new hire orientation program
- Manage inquiries of participants, supervisors and facilitators
- Oversee training facilities and ensure readiness for training deliveries
- Support training materials improvement process
- Manage access to content library and optimise storage
- Contribute to communication on learning and development initiatives
- Contribute to assessment of content from external providers
- Contribute in departmental budget planning and monitoring
**Profiel**
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Customer focused and service minded
- Experience with organising training deliveries
- Familiar with learning technologies
- Digital proficiency and mindset
- Experience in communication
- Strong written and verbal communicator in English (TME business language)
