Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- You coordinate the day-to-day operations of the transition house program
- You supervise and support staff members in their roles
- You assist in the development and implementation of program initiatives
- You provide direct support and advocacy to residents
- You maintain accurate program records and documentation
- You collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance services
- You assist with program budgeting and financial management
- You participate in program evaluation and quality improvement efforts
- You represent the program in various community settings

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminology or a related field.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in social work, crisis intervention, or non-profit management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with program management and administrative tasks
- French and English, Dutch is a plus
