De twee grootste openbare ziekenhuizen van het Brussels Gewest - het UVC Brugmann en het UMC Sint-Pieter - verzekeren een uitgebreid zorgverlening aanbod. Via hun sterke sociale persoonlijkheid streven de twee instellingen ernaar om de toegankelijkheid van de beste zorgen voor de patiënten te vrijwaren en dit zonder enige discriminatie. Samen verlenen zij hun medewerking aan geneeskundig onderzoek en onderwijs._
- Binnen deze twee ziekenhuizen zijn de loopbanen uiteenlopend en afwisselend door de verscheidenheid van de functies : artsen, verpleegkundigen, paramedici, administratief en logistiek personeel,Meer dan 5.000 personen die dag na dag de patiënten op 5 sites in het centrum en het noorden van Brussel opvangen en behandelen._
- De twee instellingen hebben onlangs beslist om hun afdeling human resources te bundelen met als doelstelling een grotere beschikbaarheid, een betere omkadering en een kwalitatieve dienstverlening voor alle personeelsleden te bieden._
- We zijn daarom op zoek naar een HR-generalist om onze human resources-afdeling te versterken._

In samenwerking met en onder het toezicht van de hr-verantwoordelijke ondersteunt de HR Generalist diverse aspecten van de hr-strategie: aanwervingen, hr-administratie, carrièreplanning... Hij begeleidt en adviseert de managers bij het peoplemanagement of bij besprekingen met de sociale partners.
- Operationele hr-ondersteuning van het middenkader, met bijzondere aandacht voor:

- het goede begrip en de correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving en het administratief recht;
- de ondersteuning als peoplemanager;
- de rol als ambassadeur van de strategische keuzes en waarden van de instelling;
- samen met het back
- en frontoffice de medewerkers een positieve hr-ervaring bezorgen door bij te dragen aan een goede personeelsadministratie;
- samen met het managementteam en de backofficeteams de hr-processen professioneler en eenvoudiger maken;
- samen met de rekruteringsverantwoordelijken instaan voor een efficiënt aanwervingsproces en de integratie van nieuwe medewerkers;
- initiatieven met het oog op talentmanagement ondersteunen en relevante doelstellingen voor de medewerkers helpen uit te werken;
- als secretaris toezien op de organisatie van overleg
- en onderhandelingscomités (agenda, uitnodigingen...) en instaan voor de administratieve follow-up (notulen, aanwezigheden...);
- als vakspecialist de hr-verantwoordelijke vervangen tijdens overleg
- en onderhandelingscomités;
- deelnemen aan werkgroepen binnen en buiten de instelling;
- de hr-verantwoordelijke administratief bijstaan en vervangen.

**Toelatingsvoorwaarden**
- Voor interne sollicitanten: ten minste 3 jaar anciënniteit op niveau B en in human resources.
- Voor externe sollicitanten: een licentiaats
- of masterdiploma dat nuttig is voor de functie.
- U voldoet aan de wettelijke voorwaarden voor tweetaligheid en bent dus geslaagd voor het Selor-examen.
- U bent geslaagd voor het bevorderings
- of selectie-examen.
- U voldoet aan de gevraagde kwaliteiten voor de functie.

Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur voor 38 uur per week met een loonschaal van de openbare sector (sociaal charter).

- **Jaarloon voltijds**: Loonschaal (sociaal charter): A1/A4, afhankelijk van het ervaringsniveau.

Min.: € 40.502,36 geïndexeerd (index: 1,8845)

Max.: € 71.236,51 geïndexeerd (index: 1,8845)

Het maximum wordt bereikt na 23 jaar geldelijke anciënniteit.
