As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.

**How you will contribute**

You will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services. You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the country or business unit.

**What you need to know about this position**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Acts as a single point of contact within IS for the geographic business leader and their staff.
- Manages the Country ITS budget; Costs spending are tracked and monitored, meeting regional finance thresholds.
- Influence and guide business process owners in leveraging IS innovation and adoption of new technology to maximize business value.
- Partner with Centre of Excellence teams to ensure alignment with strategy and economies of scale.
- Leads the IS/IT work on Acquisitions and Divestiture programs. Coordinates due diligence and establishes IS resource demand for projects implementation
- Monitors appropriate geographic KPIs/SLAs for IS services and solutions to the business. Review periodically the services with business and Delivery groups.

**Job specific requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years IT/IS experience with good understanding of IT/IS environment/services/technology.
- Good understanding of Vendor Management required to support governance processes.
- Self-starter who is able to operate independently/remotely.
- Ability to engage with relatively senior stakeholders across functions within a region (Diverse Countries >5).
- Strong analytical capability.
- Translates commercial needs / capabilities into functional requirements.
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP and general Financial and Procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English fluency a must - Dutch fluency is a plus.
