**What will your job look like?**
We are continuously growing, and we need you to support our expansion We would like you to join our Quality team. You’ll be working alongside Simon and Chris, our Quality Controllers, and will report to Marchelle, our Quality & GSE Manager.
As a Quality Assurance Officer you will **take ownership** of our customers’ complaints by providing an exceptional level of service, showing empathy whilst solving queries, problems and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner.
As **Quality Assurance officer **your **responsibilities **include:
- **Liaising with the customers** to establish and fully understand the root cause of the complaint(s)
- Involve the colleagues from customer service, supply chain, sales, product management to comprehend and solve the complaint
- Maintain **quality standards** and complete the necessary documents
- Prepare **presentations** in monthly (quality) meetings
- Conduct **analysis** (involve management where necessary) to solve **structural problems** with customer (historical errors, consignment stock deviation, call off agreements ).
- **Take initiative** in solving reoccurring complaints (Corrective à Preventive actions)
- Provide a **superior customer experience** and fair outcome
- Assist in the administration of Product Management (HS codes, weights, etc)
- Manage and complete customer and supplier quality documentation
- **Attend quality audits** by suppliers and customers (including preparation)
- **In-depth analysis **of the complaint’s dashboard and most common complaints

**Are you the right person?**
You are fluent in **English. **You preferably have a first experience in a quality or an administrative role. You have **excellent analytical and administrative skills**.
As Quality Assurance officer you are **accurate, precise **and have excellent communication skills. Like being a busy bee? Great, because you are a real **multitasker**.
You will build a **close working relationship** with all involved team members globally and our customers.
