**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We are seeking motivated Juniors with 0-3 years of experience, fresh graduates from esteemed Belgian or French business schools, to join our team as Junior Business Analysts. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be involved in various aspects of business operations, including Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze business processes and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Support in the execution of projects related to Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, and Marketing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree.
- Fluent in French and English, with proficiency in Dutch being a plus.
- Completed internship in Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
