**Junior Business Analyst Source2Pay**
**Mission**:
In an Agile framework, you will integrate the S2P squad as business analyst/process engineer to contribute to ensure the business continuity the implementation of the value-chain S2P.
The objective is to support the end-users and ensure the proper functioning of the tools and process. Currently, the value-chain is based on 2 main streams:
- Procurement activities supported by Ivalua, Netive, Archibus
- P2P activities supported by SAP solution
You will contribute to important changes but also manage small changes, recurrent tasks and incidents in collaboration with other squad members and end-users.
**Function description**:
- You work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture?
- You define the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead?
- You work in close collaboration with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information?
- You provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable?
- You continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency & compliance with policies and regulations?
- You make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting, ) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support?
- You periodically review the documentation to make sure they are still reflecting the reality and comply with necessary requirements from control functions (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control,)
**Language requirements**:
- You have a good knowledge of **Dutch or French** and **English**
**Required**:
- about **3 years** of relevant experience
**Technical experience**:
**Mandatory**:
- **IVALUA** knowledge
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
**Preferable**:
- General financial background
- Procurement and Cost accounting activities
