**What You'll Do**:

As a **Pricing Expert**, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our pricing strategies are both competitive and aligned with the company's financial goals.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Analyzing and developing complex pricing structures to optimize profitability and competitiveness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations) to understand and influence pricing decisions
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills to create models and scenarios that support strategic pricing decisions
- Interpreting financial data to inform business strategy, ensuring alignment between pricing and overall company objectives
- Continuously refining costing and pricing methodologies to adapt to market changes and business needs

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Up to **3-5 years of experience in pricing, costing, or financial analysis**:

- Technical Skills**:Advanced Excel proficiency** is a must; knowledge of Salesforce or technical sales operations is a plus
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to manage **complex data, develop pricing strategies**, and solve problems effectively
- Attention to Detail: You thrive in environments where precision is critical and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across departments
