**Verantwoordelijkheden**
In samenwerking met de QSE Manager zullen je verantwoordelijkheden als **Quality Security & Environment Coördinator** onder andere bestaan uit:
**Zorgen voor naleving van wettelijke, reglementaire en andere vereisten (normen, interne beleidsregels, enz.) op het gebied van QSE**
- Ondersteunen van de implementatie van het QSE-bedrijfsbeleid.
- Toezien op de naleving van normatieve en wettelijke milieueisen.
- Creëren en/of bijwerken van de QSE-systeemdocumentatie in overeenstemming met de geldende normen.
**Bijdragen aan continue verbetering op het gebied van QSE**
- Risico’s identificeren en corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen om het QSE-systeem continu te verbeteren.
- Activiteitsgerelateerde gegevens analyseren, waaronder klachten en grote incidenten, en noodzakelijke verbeteringen voorstellen en implementeren om risico’s te verminderen of te elimineren.
- Coördineren, begeleiden en opvolgen van interne en externe audits.
- Zorgen voor de correcte uitvoering van actieplannen (bijv. incidenten, audits, continuïteitsplannen, enz.).
- Bijdragen aan en/of opstellen van de benodigde rapporten voor QSE-activiteiten.
- Onderzoeken, analyseren en eventueel aanbevelen van nieuwe certificeringen die nuttig kunnen zijn voor het bedrijf.
- Deelnemen aan en/of beheren van interne en externe projecten en acties op het gebied van QSE (bijv. STWD-missies, enz.).
**Bevorderen van een QSE-cultuur binnen de organisatie**
- Communiceren, sensibiliseren en opleiden van medewerkers over QSE-kwesties (bijv. FSC-normen, enz.) en welzijn op het werk.
- Advies geven en vragen met betrekking tot QSE beantwoorden.
- Het management ondersteunen bij risicoanalyses en de implementatie van corrigerende maatregelen.
**Profiel**
Als **Quality Security & Environment Coördinator** beschik je over:
- Een diploma hoger onderwijs (Bachelor/Master) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Een achtergrond in de volgende domeinen is een pluspunt:
- Kennis van ISO-normen (ISO 9001, 14001) en interesse in hun implementatie.
- Eerste ervaring of een goed begrip van ISO 27001-gecertificeerde omgevingen en informatiebeveiligingsvraagstukken is een voordeel.
- Vaardigheden op het gebied van kwaliteitsbeheer, audits, controle of certificering.
- Het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende interne stakeholders en veranderingsbeheer te ondersteunen.
- Goede beheersing van het Frans; kennis van Nederlands en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
- Sterke schrijfvaardigheid en het vermogen om informatie te synthetiseren.
Daarnaast ben je:
- Georganiseerd en in staat om meerdere prioriteiten zelfstandig te beheren.
- Comfortabel met het analyseren van informatie en het voorstellen van verbeteringen.
- Analytisch sterk en in staat om complexe gegevens te structureren.
