Facility Worker

Based on clearly defined work instructions, the facility worker carry out simple and mainly manual tasks relating to maintenance work on buildings and infrastructure.

This function helps maintain the infrastructure by performing various manual tasks in Liege Distribution Center facilities.
- Be able to perform physical work
- Understand instructions in French
- Work precisely and correctly
- Be problem-solving oriented
- Able to use simple professional tools.

**Experience**:

- A first experience as a handyman is a plus

**Education**:

- All level of education accepted
- Perform manual tasks such as placement, assembling, handling, moving, etc.
- Perform basic facilities repairs such as replacing lamps, painting, furniture repair or plumbing using common tools (e.g: drill, screwdriver, electric saw, etc.)
- Carry out preparatory work, such as collecting the necessary materials, transporting these materials and making the necessary arrangements (e.g. marking, partitioning, etc.)
- Report any problems or improvements needed to the Facility Manager
- Perform simple administrative tasks (e.g. short written reports)
- Participate in cleaning activities, especially in delicate areas, and coordinate with cleaning suppliers to ensure a clean and secure space for all workers
- Maintain tidy and neat areas that include offices, hallways, parking lots and landscapes
- Coordinate with the landlord for maintenance of outdoors facilities
