Belfius Lease is een dochteronderneming van Belfius Bank, die in volle groei en ontwikkeling is. Ze telt +/- 90 personen en biedt leasingproducten aan (bedrijfsvoertuigen, IT-materiaal, zonnepanelen, vastgoed enz.) aan professionele klanten.
**De job in een notendop**
- Instaan voor de interne technisch-commerciële ondersteuning van het retailnetwerk teneinde bij te dragen tot een financieel positief en duurzaam resultaat voor Belfius Lease.
- Controleren van de binnenkomende leasingaanvragen teneinde de correctheid en volledigheid van de aanvragen na te gaan.
- Instaan voor het analyseren van de binnenkomende leasingaanvragen en het bepalen van het leaserisico teneinde de ontvankelijkheid van de aanvragen correct in te schatten.
- Formuleren en verlenen van een gemotiveerd kredietadvies teneinde het finaal beslissingsproces inzake leasingaanvragen te ondersteunen.
- Toelichten van het kredietadvies aan het kredietcomité teneinde de eigen dossiers te verdedigen.
- Communiceren van de beslissingen aan bankagenten en klanten teneinde hen op de hoogte te brengen van het gevolg dat gegeven wordt aan hun leasingaanvraag.
- Opmaken van offertes om een concurrentieel voordeel te bewerkstelligen rekening houdende met de behoeften van de klant enerzijds en het beperken van mogelijke risico’s voor Belfius Lease anderzijds.
- Ingeven van alle dossiergegevens in het daarvoor voorziene systeem voor de opmaak van de contracten.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Je hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn, al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
- universitair / bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- kennis van financiële analyse is een pluspunt
- synthetische en analytische geest
- goede schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden
- team spirit
- kritische geest
- zin voor onderhandelen en communiceren
- Nederlandstalig (kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt)
- grote flexibiliteit
