Field Sales Manager Retail

About the job
We are seeking a talented Field Sales Manager to join our retail team in Belux. You will be responsible for driving sales and the field team by developing relationships with our retail partners across the country.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Guide, train and support the Sales team, working with each team member, assessing and monitoring them individually and collectively.
- Manage resources effectively, including scheduling staff, and ensuring the availability of materials and equipment.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional programs that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Prepare and submit reports on field progress through the field Business tracker and the picos Tracker
- Participate in different internal meetings and represent the field by providing insights and recommendations based on what you experienced on your field visit.
- Ensure the universe of shops and the frequency of visits, configuring and supervising the route map for each account.
- Taking accountabilities in the preparation of the different field meetings and field momentums
- Collaboration with key accounts to allign on the field execution of the joint business customer plans
About you
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience leading and managing a team of sales representatives is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Ability to work independently and take your own decision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
