**Your mission ?***

Responsible for the field sales team Belgium consisting out of 4 people + external merchandisers
- Implement the defined field sales strategy
- Lead, coach, monitor and define objectives for the field sales team
- Follow-up of the periodic KPI's of the team and define action plans with the team
- Set up weekly reporting of field sales team activity, sales results and forecasts
- Organize sales trainings to support the team
- Schedule team meetings on a monthly basis in HQ
- You are responsible to achieve the objectives of your customers and field sales team
- Spend two days per week in the field to further coach your team
- Manage some key accounts in the retail segment
- Prepare and follow-up on budget and forecast per account
- Negotiate yearly agreements with the key accounts following the defined strategy
- Implement the annual key account plan and develop specific operational plans
- Provide the necessary analysis of the key accounts and present the necessary insights
- You report directly to the Sales Manager

**Votre mission ?
**Vous êtes responsable de l'équipe vente terrain (4 commerciaux fixes et quelques merchandisers externes sur la fin d'année)
- Vous développez le chiffre d'affaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par le comité de direction
- Vous êtes chargé de la parfaite exécution de la stratégie commerciale en magasins
- Vous définissez les priorités et plan d'action par magasin/enseigne, dirigez, suivez et coacher votre équipe pour atteindre ces objectifs
- Vous organisez et animer les réunions mensuelles avec votre équipe
- Vous accompagnez vos équipes 2 jours par semaine sur le terrain.
- Vous suivez les KPI (performance des magasins, routing prioritaire, fréquence de visite,...)
- Vous avez la responsabilité de certaines centrales (ex. Carrefour) et participez aux réunions de debriefing annuelles.
- Vous définissez le plan prioritaire d'animations/promoteurs

**What we expect from you**:

- You have obtained a Master degree and at least 5 years working experience, ideally in field sales and/or marketing in the FMCG
- You have a first retail account management experience
- Negotiating excites you
- You are a good listener, strong communicator & teamplayer
- You are a strong people manager and know how to motivate a team
- You have an analytical mindset and are KPI & result driven
- You are flexible
- You speak fluent Dutch, French

**Votre profil ?**
- Doté(e) d'une solide culture des méthodes de vente, d'un fort tempérament commercial et du sens de la négociation, vous disposez d'une capacité d'analyse vous permettant de développer des plans d'action
- Vous aimez le challenge et la négociation
- Vous êtes un team player et savez motiver une équipe à se dépasser
- Organisé(e) et créatif(ve), vous êtes force de proposition.
- Excellente présentation, rigueur et forte autonomie seront autant d'atouts pour réussir sur ce poste.
- Vous êtes bilingue Français/Néerlandais.
- Permis B impératif.
