Are you ready to lead and drive local field sales teams in diverse and impactful ways? As the Channel Manager Direct Sales (CMDS), you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategies to enhance our direct sales efforts.
As the CMDS, your responsibilities will span various local field sales initiatives, including:
**1.** Field sales management**
- Responsible for recruiting and inspiring a sales team for ad hoc activations and retail stores.
- Execute ad hoc activations such as event activations (festivals, trade shows), and retail activations.
**2. Ad Hoc Initiatives**:
- Execute ad hoc activations such as event activations (festivals, trade shows), and retail activations.
**3. Local Activation Planning**:
- Develop creative local activation plans, considering diverse methods to convert customers (e.g., pop-up stores, visibility campaigns, customer info sessions, door-to-door campaigns).
**4. Initiative and Autonomy**:
- Independently undertake the implementation of plans, including liaising with local authorities, scouting locations, setting up pop-up stands, and creating recruitment plans.
**5. Customer-Centric Approach**:
- With a focus on service-oriented sales (no devices), actively contribute creative initiatives to enhance customer experience, responding to initial customer feedback.
**Must Haves Qualities & Talents**:
- Proven people management skills, especially in leading field sales teams.
- Analytical prowess for developing business cases and monitoring the profitability of sales.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Effective stakeholder management, both internal and external.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Higher education or university degree, preferably in economics, marketing, or communication.
