**Objective of the job**:
The Project Manager Digital Health is responsible for the management and execution of assigned projects that are executed on software products provided by genae, while maintaining quality in accordance with all relevant SOPs/guidelines and providing guidance/support to clients regarding the software features/programs and the new developments thereof.
**Major responsibilities**:
Planning:
- Oversee and coordinate the start-up, conduct and closure of assigned projects;
- Clearly communicate timelines and expectations and inform the client of project status and progress.
Account management:
- Lead contact for clients on project deliverables;
- Guide the client during the set-up process of the project by continuously liaising with the client and proposing realistic timelines;
- Manage the project budget in close collaboration with the client and the BD department;
- Provide general and feature-specific trainings to the client at the start of the project and when deemed necessary;
- Ensure database/eCRF compliance with the clinical study protocol and fulfilling of overall objectives;
- Liaising withother departments i.e.clinical research and data management teams to assure project compliance.
Product-specific activities:
Identify and report on common bugs and / or issues reported by the end-users;
- Evaluate and report on product performance based on client and internal feedback.
**Other duties**:
Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**/Education**:
- The Project Manager Digital Health has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience;
**Experience**:
- At least two years of relevant project management experience in data management and/or clinical research;
- Experience in working closely with software developers and testers.
**Professional skills**:
A strong affinity with technology in general and software development in specific; High level of logical thinking, abstraction and detail-oriented; Fluent in English Data analysis skills: interpret data and communicate the importance of it, present facts and defend recommendations logically, give context to all corners of the team, be able to set strategies and priorities and address sub-optimal performance.
