To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for an **Accounting Expert.**

Your essential responsibilities encompass:
- Scrutinizing and administering incoming invoices and credit notes.
- Overseeing a variety of financial journal entries.
- Executing and lodging regular VAT declarations.
- Contributing to the monthly financial wrap-up for diverse entities.
- Lending support during the yearly audit undertakings.
- Generating financial summaries for assorted grant initiatives.
- Regulating master data in the ERP infrastructure.
- Engaging in creative thinking to enhance financial workflows.
As you grow in proficiency, the pathway to widen your range of duties will unfold.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance (or equivalent by experience).
- Knowledge of VAT legislation and a broad interest in taxes.
- Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English.
- Integrity and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- You are eager to adopt a flexible approach and are able to travel to Oostkamp on a regular basis to work from there for the day.
