Voor onze klant gelegen in regio Brussel, zoeken wij een enthousiaste HR professional met sterke affiniteit voor Learning & Development.
**Een greep uit jouw takenpakket**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, uitwerken en coördineren van opleidingstrajecten van A tot Z;
- Je verwerkt inkomende opleidings
- en trainingsvragen, zowel individueel als collectief;
- Je detecteert de opleidingsnoden en werkt het opleidingsplan uit voor jouw collega's;
- Je introduceert en faciliteert een leercultuur binnen het bedrijf en neemt initiatieven om deze mee vorm te geven;
- Samen met je naaste collega's en de HR Business Partners organiseer je inspirerende events;
- Je bouwt een sterk netwerk van interne en externe opleidingspartners op en bent voor het aanspreekpunt.
