De functie

Als Accountmanager België en Luxemburg bij Husqvarna Belgium ben je een echte business-partner die verantwoordelijk is voor het uitbouwen en onderhouden van het Husqvarna® dealernetwerk in België en Luxemburg.

Daarnaast opereer je in een team en speel je in op de ontwikkelingen van de markt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je benadert potentiële klanten in België en Luxemburg en gaat hierbij nieuwe relaties aan om het marktaandeel van Husqvarna® te vergroten.
- Daarnaast weet je bestaande Husqvarna® dealers/relaties te onderhouden en zo de omzet te verhogen.
- Jaarlijks stel je per klant een accountplan op waarin je doelstellingen en activiteiten vermeldt om de kwaliteit & omzet te optimaliseren.
- Tot jouw klanten behoren Husqvarna® dealers die producten leveren aan zowel particulieren als professionele gebruikers, zoals hoveniers en groenvoorziening, boomverzorgers en gemeenten.
- Ook signaleer je de trends en marktontwikkelingen en koppel je deze terug aan je Salesmanager

Team en het management.
- Je draagt zorg voor de dichtheid en kwaliteit van het netwerk in België en Luxemburg.
- Tevens houd je jouw directe collega’s op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in jouw rayon.
- Je voorziet de klant van marketingondersteuning.
- Ten slotte rapporteer je aan de Salesmanager Benelux.

Je profiel

Opleiding en ervaring:

- Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in de bos-tuin-en-park machinesector.
- Bovendien heb je affiniteit met techniek.
- Office en werken met CRM is een pre.
- Je bent drietalig (N/F/E) en je kan goed overweg met MS Office.

Persoonlijke eigenschappen
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld.
- Voor al jouw klanten ben je een volwaardig gesprekspartner. Communiceren op verschillende niveaus is voor jou geen probleem.
- Ook presteer je zowel zelfstandig als in een team optimaal.
- Je luistert actief naar de behoefte van de klant en weet hen mee te nemen in jouw visie.
- Je denkt in oplossingen en bent praktijkgericht.
- Tevens ben je in staat om mensen te binden en zowel in
- als extern relaties op te bouwen.

Account manager Belgium (North East) and Luxembourg

The role

As Account Manager Belgium (North East) and Luxembourg at Husqvarna Belgium, you are a true business partner responsible for expanding and maintaining the Husqvarna® dealer network in Belgium and Luxembourg.

In addition, you operate as part of a team and respond to market developments.

Tasks and responsibilities
- You will maintain existing Husqvarna® dealers/relationships to increase sales.
- You will target potential customers in Belgium and Luxembourg and develop new relationships to increase Husqvarna® market share.
- You will create an annual account plan for each customer, setting targets and activities to optimise quality and sales.
- Your customers are Husqvarna® dealers who supply products to both private and professional users such as gardeners and landscapers, arborists and municipalities.
- You will also identify trends and market developments and feed these back to your sales manager.

Team and management.
- You ensure the density and quality of the network in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- You also keep your immediate colleagues informed of developments in your area.
- You provide the customer with marketing support.
- Finally, you report to the Sales Manager Benelux.

**Profile**:
Education and experience:

- You have experience in a commercial position.
- Preferably, you have experience in the forest-garden-and-park machinery sector.
- Moreover, you have an affinity with technology.
- Office and working with CRM is an advantage.
- You are trilingual (N/F/E) and you get on well with MS Office.

Personal qualities
- You are commercially minded.
- You are a full-fledged discussion partner for all your customers. Communicating at different levels is not a problem for you.
- You perform optimally both independently and in a team.
- You actively listen to the customer's needs and know how to bring them along with your vision.
- You think in solutions and are practice-oriented.
- You are also able to engage people and build relationships both internally and externally.
