**Core Responsibilities**
As our General Services & Facility Specialist, you will independently take care of and shape our day-to-day office operations at our Benelux site in Brasschaat/Belgium. You will be the first point of contact of the office towards externals and our suppliers/vendors looking after facilities, IT and car fleet. In details, you will handle the following areas:
- Facility Management:_ over-all service partner management (heating and air conditioning systems, fire prevention systems, office furniture, cleaning service, waste disposal, surveillance, company canteen service etc.).- Vendor management: _Creating Purchase Orders and processing invoices for respective vendors (Facility, office supplies, Utilities, IT), and scouting of potential new suppliers/vendors.-
- Setting up and administering IT equipment _to new starters and existing colleagues, and maintaining office IT hardware with the help of the IT specific department within the LEGO Group. Local IT go-to person for Benelux colleagues.

The General Service & Facility Specialist is a critical part of the Benelux team to ensure the daily office operations are running smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with defined operating standards and policies. The role is exposed to a lot of internal and external partners and will have a good overview of what's needed to keep the office operational on services and facilities.

**Do you have what it takes?**
You hold multiple years of experience in a comparable role from in facility/office management or in a service industry with extensive customer contact (internal/external). You have outstanding collaboration and problem-solving skills. Moreover, you bring:
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English language skills (written and spoken)- A good sense of prioritizing your tasks and juggling multiple topics at a time- Resilience to handle and navigate a multitude of complex situations and partners to ongoingly secure the success of the Business Unit- Good understanding of IT hardware and software- Experience working in a multicultural environment or with multicultural exposure
