**Your essential tasks**
The customer service teams count around 5 people. You will be the administrative and commercial point of contact of their Middle East customers.
- Create new sales orders in a timely manner
- Review orders daily for product availability to ensure timely delivery according to customer's expectation
- Review daily and weekly open orders and coordinate with internal departments to resolve any open order issues and communicate with customers and sales team
- Proactively maintain and grow the relationship with existing and new customers by monitoring their daily activity, following up on their interactions and resolving any issues
- Provide information to dealers such as order status, pricing, product availability and shipping information
- Resolve customer credit issue with the Finance team
**Who are you ?**
- You have good knowledge of **English** and other languages (for e.g Dutch or Arabic) is an added value.
- A first experience with **SAP** is a plus but if you don’t have it, they will train you
- Having a first experience a customer service or a sales position is a plus
- You have good knowledge in outlook, Excel, and Word
- You can work independently, but you appreciate the presence of colleagues
- You are hands-on, customer-oriented and always keep your calm.
- Helping your customer solve their problem is a win for you
- Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a variety of people and parties.
