**What you love to do**:

- As a project manager, **you like to manage various development projects** and bring them to a successful ending.
- Putting together your project team, preparing and monitoring budgets and schedules is a piece of cake for you.
- You define the resources required and the way of working (meeting schedule, reporting...).
- Coordinating the various parties regarding the division of tasks, time and follow-up until delivery of the project is your second nature.
- You have no problem with fulfilling administrative obligations.
- You capture and examine issues/risks and estimate the impact. When required you escalate to higher management.
- You explore and identify value creation opportunities in work methods and business processes in collaboration with the various stakeholders in the different units.
- You lead or participate in projects that drive operational effectiveness.
- You implement and improve the overall project methodology.

**Your profile**:

- **Master’s degree in Engineering with electronics** as a key part of your studies.
- ** Minimal 5 years of experience **in project management or equal responsibilities.
- ** Knowledge of project management methodologies** (Agile, Scum and waterfall)
- Knowledge of change management and project delivery management
- You are a true team-player
- You possess strong** communication skills** with a very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- You are a true **planning and organizational talent**:

- You have strong **analytic and problem solving** skills
- You enjoy building strong internal and external relationships, have a customer focus and are result-oriented..
- You are enthusiastic about new CPU/GPU architectures and the potential of Artificial Intelligence.
- You have an interest in research and innovation and preferably also experience in these projects.
- You are very discreet when handling confidential information.
- You can share your point of view in a convincing way, and you have strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of computer architecture (CPU and GPU), AI, ML, software development and PMP or Prince 2 certifications are nice to have
