**Functie**

Heb je de HR kriebel te pakken? Ben je gedreven om het juiste talent te vinden voor bedrijven in de Healthcare & Lifescience sector en wil je zo het verschil maken voor onze Hudson kandidaten en klanten - beyond commitment? Deze job biedt jou een unieke kans om jouw loopbaan in HR te lanceren, je kennis van de markt te vergroten & interessante contacten te leggen. Deze groeifunctie biedt perspectief op een loopbaan binnen HR consultancy, of legt de basis voor een rol als expert recruiter of bereidt je voor op een functie als interne HR officer of Talent Specialist binnen organisaties.
- Voor verschillende rekruteringsopdrachten op middel
- en senior management niveau ga je samen met een consultant op klantenbezoek, waar je hun HR uitdagingen beluistert, hun rekruteringsbehoeften analyseert en de juiste oplossingen voorstelt.
- Als Junior Recruiter zoek je (pro-)actief naar getalenteerde professionals die voldoen aan de criteria die je klant voorop stelt. Je creativiteit en ondernemingszin helpen je om het juiste talent te vinden met behulp van moderne rekruteringstools, maar ook met print en digitale marketingcommunicatie die de “employer brand” van je klant goed weerspiegelt.
- Je wordt een betrouwbare gesprekspartner van je kandidaten, met wie je open reflecteert over hun carrièreaspiraties, voor ze verder praten met de betrokken HR consultant en voorgesteld worden aan je klant. Je hebt zo een sterke impact op de loopbaan van andere professionals en op het toekomstig talent dat deel uitmaakt van het succes van onze klanten.

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een universitair diploma en voelt de passie voor HR. Een eerste relevante stage of werkervaring is een troef.
- Je combineert een servicegerichte ingesteldheid met drive en ondernemingszin.
- Je hebt een sterke “can do” mentaliteit, je wil gepassioneerd het verschil maken voor onze klanten en kandidaten. Je zoekt een job met impact en houdt van sociale contacten.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels vormt een meerwaarde.
