Stel je dan kandidaat voor de uitdagende functie als lead developer Ter versterking van de agile teams van de agile release trains zijn we op zoek naar een lead developer.

Zo ziet jouw job eruit- Software ontwikkeling blijft één van jouw kerntaken: je ontwikkelt applicaties, ontwikkelt en voert testen uit op de gebouwde software en stelt documentatie op. Daarnaast ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging, keuze en implementatie van technische evoluties en je introduceert ze in het team.- In het team neem je als lead developer een technisch coachende rol op: je deelt actief je kennis en versterkt de expertise van jouw team. Ook nieuwe collega's neem je mee op sleeptouw en ondersteun je waar nodig.- Je creëert draagvlak en coacht collega's op vlak van non-functional requirements zoals code kwaliteit, standaarden, security- Je neemt initiatief en toont ownership bij het uitwerken van features en architectuur en legt hierbij de nodige linken naar stakeholders, andere disciplines en de organisatiedoelstellingen.- Als technisch expert neem je een actieve rol in de communities of practice. Je ondersteunt de community en koppelt hierover terug naar jouw team en je trein.

Herken je jezelf hierin?- Je hebt bachelor of masterdiploma in informatica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en kan terugvallen op een doorgedreven technische expertise in software development.- Je bent een teamplayer en het geeft je energie om anderen te laten groeien.- Je bent een vlotte communicator die makkelijk bruggen bouwt naar andere teams en stakeholders.- Je bent proactief en neemt graag ownership om nieuwe zaken op te zetten en uit te werken.- Je hebt een groeimindset en houdt je vakkennis en technische vaardigheden op peil.
