**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As part of the Europe strategy distribution offers a key area of growth and holds a significant part of the Europe sales. Especially with the market dynamics of mid-size / local customers growing versus the global and regional accounts we need to drive strong distribution partnerships in Europe. Expanding our reach into smaller customers that need more local support.

Together with the channel manager of Europe you will be driving the execution of our recently established distribution strategy with our selected distribution partners.
To ensure focus, execution, and growth with our partner distributors the role of Partner lead for our partner distributor and or key local partners is required. This role will support in building, organizing, executing and simplifying with our partner distributor and some of the key local partners that will remain after optimizing our set-up.
Goal is to build limited amount of partnerships who align to our category strategies and drive growth in which you will play an integral part.

**ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting in execution of the Europe distribution strategy of optimizing and simplifying or distribution network
- Identify efficiency and complexity reduction initiatives with our partners and develop plan to implement
- Support in development and implementation of 5-year commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth at our partner distributor and other local key partners
- Develop and foster partner relationships to create business growth opportunities
- Set and agree with annual KPIs & Budget for our partner distributor
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with quarterly business reviews to assess performance (KPIs) versus target.
- Provide key stakeholders within IFF insight on performance
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, GRA, BU etc.). Secure alignment from all necessary Functions across Nourish for proper execution to achieve stated goals
- Manage, negotiate and execute on periodic central pricing with our partner distributor on main products
- Monitoring the progress of overall pipeline and specifically monitoring the execution on the must win battles
- Responsible for monthly central forecasting of our partner distributor
- Collaboration with distribution account managers
- Planning and coordination of trainings in product lines at our partner distributor and other local key partners
- Planning and coordination of marketing activities like category plan roll out, customer seminar, etc to improve the commercial success of the business

**Job Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- MSc. in Business Administration, International business or related fields
- Knowledge and at least 6 years’ experience in own discipline
- Know-how on food ingredients or food industry market is desired
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluency in English is a must

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Clear thinking, structured, organized, creative, high sense of urgency, flexible, resilient and a bias for action
- Requires strong Project management and influence skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to navigate in a complex environment
- Negotiating skills
