**Jouw taken**:
Voor onze klant, actief in het Belgisch spoorwegennet, zijn wij op zoek naar een projectmedewerker Service Point.
Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de **oprichting/transformatie van een bestaand magazijn** naar van een nieuw Service Point.
- Je begeleidt de** interne stakeholders**: informeren en opleiden van techniekers en Service Point coördinatoren, verzamelen van informatie zoals gebruikerslijsten, materiaallijsten. Je hebt hierbij aandacht voor de **change** die dit project met zich meebrengt.
- Je zorgt ervoor, in samenwerking met de lokale Service Point Coördinator, dat het **magazijn 100% operationeel wordt voor dagelijks gebruik**: scanners operationeel maken, rekken aanvullen, rekken labelen, zones aanduiden,
- Je fungeert als** logistiek aanspreekpunt** voor de opstart en ingebruikname van een Service Point en je werkt mee aan de verdere **uitbouw en
- optimalisatie van deze processen**. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de lokale Supply verantwoordelijken en word je ondersteund door het centrale Supply team.
- Je bereidt de toekomstige Service Point Coördinator voor op zijn dagelijkse taken in het toekomstige magazijn. Dit doe je aan de hand van **opleiding en als tijdelijke go-to person** in geval van vragen of problemen bij inventarisatie, scannergebruik, rapportering over inkomende leveringen en retours, correcte werking van het “Service Point Maintenance”,...
- Je hebt een **hands on mentaliteit en lost problemen op**. Je gaat hierbij vaak in overleg met alle interne en externe stakeholders (onderhoudstechnici, leveranciers, masterdata team ).
- Je bent bijna **dagelijks op het terrein**. Je verplaatst je vlot met de trein of auto.
- Je overlegt en **geeft regelmatig feedback** met/aan de lokale en centrale Supply verantwoordelijken binnen het projectteam.

**Technische Competenties**
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring binnen logistiek.
- Je hebt een algemene operationele Supply Chain kennis.
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office, vooral Excel (draaitabellen, functies, ).
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van de logistieke modules in SAP.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je hebt een operationele kennis van het Frans.

- Je maakt spontaan voorstellen die een positieve impact hebben op de werking van het magazijn en het bedrijf.
- Je ziet werk en deinst niet terug om de handen uit de mouwen te steken, wanneer nodig.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en methodisch.
- Je communiceert op een duidelijke, correcte en transparante manier, naar de verschillende stakeholders
- Je controleert op regelmatige basis de voortgang en de resultaten binnen de eigen taken en opdrachten.
- Je bent klantgericht, integer en handelt steeds in het belang van het bedrijf.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
