AG Insurance zoekt binnen het Chief Investment Office naar versterking voor zijn Back Office - Income Team.

Chief Investment Office (CIO) is het departement verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de financiële activa. Deze activa waarborgen de verplichtingen voor de producten Leven en Niet-Leven van de 3 businesslines Broker, Bank en Employee Benefits. Onder Operations CIO staat de Back Office in voor het administratief en boekhoudkundig beheer van de verschillende beleggingsportefeuilles. Om dit team te versterken, zoeken we nu een **Specialist Income Collection**.
- Je doet dagelijks de controle en boeking van de inkomsten voor alle effecten
- en derivatenposities onder leiding van de Team Leader.

In geval van problemen identificeer je de oorzaak. Je reageert adequaat en snel omdat de financiële impact aanzienlijk kan zijn. Je overtuigt de tegenpartijen van ons standpunt dankzij je technische kennis en analyse, je verdedigt de belangen van onze maatschappij.
- Je helpt mee in de behandeling van de fiscale documentatie zodat men de meest gunstige fiscale behandeling van de inkomsten kan bekomen.
- Je zorgt mee voor het administratief en boekhoudkundig beheer van de Tak 23 Structured Products.
- Intern heb je vooral contact met de andere diensten binnen CIO, extern communiceer je met custodians en diverse financiële tegenpartijen.
- Alle vragen betreffende producten/processen/systemen naar boven brengen

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van de financiële markten en producten (obligaties, aandelen, ).
- Je kan je goed uitdrukken in de tweede landstaal. Bekwaam om te discussiëren en te argumenteren in het Engels met de financiële tegenpartijen.
- Je kunt werken met MS Office (vooral Excel).
- Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent communicatief en flexibel. De evolutie van de markten en het steeds complexer worden van de financiële instrumenten vereist een voortdurende aanpassing.
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma dat financieel/economisch/boekhoudkundig georiënteerd is.
