Location: Bruxelles, Jumet, Nívelles, partly remote**MISSION**:

- As
- **_Functional Lead_**, you will work as team lead in a group of 5 affiliated companies and your mission offer recommendations to various lines of business on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within S4/HANA and SAP Sales Cloud. You, as Functional Lead, actively participate in the creation, digitalization and improvement of business processes.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Business processes: _you are accountable to ensure a holistic consistency of system configuration across affiliates for Global Business Processes. You also ensure functional fit for each affiliate specific operational activities and shape the global governance for configuration and customization of ERP/SAP. As Lead of the functional team, your area of responsibility covers processes belonging to the following modules/products: CO, FI, MM, PP, PS, QM, SD, LO, eWM, SAP Sales Cloud (CRM) and possible new module integration.- Change requests:_ you and your team collect user requirements and estimate the workload/cost vs. benefit. You are responsible for the approval and for the delivery of those change requests,- Vendor management:_ you are in contact with vendors and 3rd party service vendors to ensure an optimal service quality for the business, according internal/external SLAs.- You communicate issues, changes and important milestones linked to SAP S4/HANA and SAP Sales Cloud,- You take part in the creation, development and optimization of the SAP Center Of Excellence (CoE) for the whole group.- You and your team participate in the transfer of ERP knowledge to the rest of the enterprise,**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Higher degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience,-
- Knowledge of GxP environment is preferred.- Working within a Scrum methodology and a Continuous Delivery Framework.- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.- Ability to work independently across functions and work with all levels of users and management- Role shared between our different sites (Brussels, Jumet, Nívelles, LLN).
