En tant que Financial Controller (H/F) d'un groupe en pleine expansion, vous êtes un soutien essentiel de la direction pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs globaux du groupe, en collaboration avec votre responsable ainsi qu'avec les différentes filiales. Pour ce faire, vous apportez votre expertise financière et analytique et servez d'intermédiaire entre les managers et le département financier. Vous participez au suivi et à l'évaluation des performances et des coûts de l'ensemble des sociétés de l'entreprise. Vous êtes également impliqué dans les projets d'automatisation et de numérisation des rapports financiers (outils d'Enterprise Performance Management et de Business Intelligence).
**FONCTION**
Plus concrètement, vos tâches se divisent selon les axes suivants:
Budgétisation/Contrôle de gestion/Rapports
- Établissement des budgets prévisionnels
- Création et analyse de rapports financiers sur les lignes d'affaires (outil BI business object)
- Mise en place de tableaux de bord, KPIs, etc.
Performance de l'entreprise
- Optimisation et contrôle des évolutions et écarts financiers pour les activités physiques et en ligne
- Analyse régulière des performances de l'activité opérationnelle
- Coopération avec les partenaires commerciaux dans le cadre de projets ad-hoc
Projets de digitalisation
- Participation, avec les partenaires financiers, technologiques et commerciaux, à l'évaluation et à la mise en œuvre du système de gestion d'entreprise.
**ET SI C'ETAIT VOUS ?**
- Vous êtes diplômé.e d'un Master en économie, commerce ou gestion (avec une spécialisation en finance) ;
- Vous faites preuve de minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste de contrôle financier ;
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissance/un intérêt particulier pour : la comptabilité (générale et analytique), l'analyse financière, l'audit interne et la planification financière ;
- Expert.e sur Excel, vous en maitrisez toutes les fonctionnalités ;
- Vous avez un niveau B2 minimum en anglais ;
- Votre esprit d'analyse et vos capacités de déduction ne vous font jamais défaut ;
- Vous vous montrez responsable, discret.e et respectueux.se de la vie privée ;
- Rigueur, précision et méthode sont vos maitres-mots.
Sont de réels atouts:
- Avoir un intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies ;
- Avoir une connaissance de l'EPM, des outils de BI et de l'ERP ;
- Avoir des connaissances des normes IFRS ;
- Toute autre langue est un plus.
