**In this role, your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Serving as the friendly and professional first point of contact, representing the face of our office.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to Lightspeed's high standards.
- Managing office supplies and pantry inventory, as well as processing invoices.
- Handling the scheduling and coordination of meeting rooms.
- Planning and executing engaging events and social activities to foster a vibrant office culture.
- Coordinating various fun initiatives such as birthdays, Friday afternoon drinks, and departmental celebrations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, identifying the best fit for Lightspeed.
- Providing local oversight and coordination of property and facilities management, reporting to the Facilities team, assisting with related projects
- Efficiently reviewing, prioritizing, and redistributing work when necessary.
- Scheduling regular maintenance to ensure our office remains a top-notch workspace.
- Assisting with employee travel booking and maintaining the travel management platform.
- Managing the desk booking platform to optimize office space utilization.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including shipping and courier services for the team.

**To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of administration, office coordination, hospitality, or related experience.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Dutch languages.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking and prioritization.
- Experience and knowledge in delivering exceptional service.
- It would be nice if you have French language skills.
