Locatie: Elia Brussel / Contract: Voltijds onbepaalde duur / Uren: Ma tot Zon 24/7 - 12u shiften / Verloning: OP3 - operationeel bediende contract
**Wat ga je doen?**
Je zal tewerkgesteld worden in een hoogtechnologische omgeving bij een bedrijf met een grote maatschappelijke impact:
- Behandelen van de inkomende alarmmeldingen van alle sites bij de klant.
- Behandelen van de inkomende oproepen van alle sites bij de klant.
- Opvolgen van de camerabeelden vanuit de controlekamer.
- Registreren en rapporteren van incidenten.
- Coördineren van interventies allerhande.
- Je maakt in jouw job gebruik van technologische oplossingen om alarmverificaties te doen.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Vloeiende kennis Nederlands en/of Frans. Kennis Engels is een plus.
- Uitgebreide kennis van MS Office. Je leert daarnaast vlot nieuwe programma's aan.
- De nodige flexibiliteit: een site waar we 24/7 en in ploegenstelsel (shiften van 12u) werken. Doordat je dagen van 12u werkt, heb je ook heel wat extra vrije dagen iedere maand.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer
- Communicatief en stressbestendig. Je slaagt er in om elke situatie op een discrete en professionele manier op te volgen.
- Je bent gewend om met procedures te werken en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
