Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Salesforce Senior Analyst Developer** (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie

1) Project (Klantenportaal):

- Uitvoeren van functionele analyse in samenwerking met onze Business Process Analyst.
- Definiëren van usecases en gebruikersverhalen in samenwerking met de businessanalist.
- Configuratie van gebruikersverhalen in Salesforce & Jreact.
- Testen van de usecases en gebruikersverhalen tijdens systeemtests en systeemintegratietests.
- Ondersteunen van de business tijdens gebruikersacceptatietests.
- Beheren van sanity-checks na de implementatie in productie van een release.

2) Correctief en evolutief onderhoud:

- Oplossen van incidenten en problemen op de geïmplementeerde applicaties.
- Werken aan projectimplementatie door technisch ontwerp, configuratie & Apex-ontwikkeling uit te voeren.
- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe frontend-pagina’s voor ons klantencommunityportaal (jreact).

Functie-eisen
- Uitstekende expertise en ervaring in Salesforce-implementatie & omgevingsbranches.
- Kennis van jreact of Salesforce Lightning Web-runtine is een pluspunt.
- Vermogen om functionele analyse uit te voeren en gebruikersverhalen te definiëren.
- Vermogen om technisch ontwerp uit te voeren (front-endtool & Salesforce).
- Mogelijkheid om te configureren en te ontwikkelen op het Salesforce-platform (inclusief JavaScript, flow & apex-code).
- Vermogen om incident-/probleemoorzaak te identificeren.
- Apex-code en flow-problemen oplossen.
- Massa-aanmaak/-wijzigingen van masterdata (servicelijst, tijdschrift, SA, ) via tools zoals Inspector.
- Mogelijkheid om in een Agile omgeving te werken.
- Begrip van Jenkins & Microsoft TFS/Azure DEV OPS.
