Want to boost your career in a **Functional Analyst Salesforce Field Service (Medior) **role? Join our **Local Managed Staffing team** at NRB

**The NRB group, now a leader in Belgium's ICT sector**, offers a wide range of IT services to meet all IT needs, from Infrastructure & Cloud to Software Development, Consultancy & Managed Staffing.

This position operates on a Time & Materials basis, with on-site presence at our offices or remote work following policies (two days per week outside COVID periods).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support on Salesforce FSL/service cloud solutions, including user and master data management.
- Define use cases and user stories in collaboration with business analysts.
- Configure user stories on the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct system tests and system integration tests.
- Support business teams during User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Manage post-deployment sanity checks for each release.
- Oversee change management, including user manuals, release notes, and training sessions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Certified Salesforce Administrator - Must have
- Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce - Must have
- Proven experience as a Business/Functional Analyst (3+ years) - Must have
- Experience as an analyst on Salesforce - Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning (2+ years) - Must have
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (2+ years) - Must have
- Proven experience in incident management on Field Service Lightning - Must have
- Experience with Salesforce Flow configuration - Should have
- Familiarity with Agile methodology - Should have
- Experience in the energy sector - Should have
- Experience working for a Distribution Grid Operator (DGO) - Should have
- Fluency in French or Dutch - Must have
- Proficiency in English - Should have
- Experience with JIRA - Should have
