**Functional Analyst Salesforce**

Wij ondersteunen onze klanten - de Brusselse openbare instellingen - _in_ hun digitale _transitie_._ Werken voor Paradigm betekent een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars._
Binnen de pijler Digital Product Management van Paradigm heeft de cel e-Citizen de opdracht om de online diensten van de 280 overheidsdiensten van het Brussels Gewest te uniformeren. Ons doel? Het dagelijks leven van burgers en bedrijven vereenvoudigen door hun digitale ervaring te transformeren en in te spelen op de sterk veranderende behoeften van de afgelopen jaren.
Het hele eCitizen Product Management team, bestaande uit een twintigtal personen met verschillende achtergronden (Product Manager, Functioneel Analist, Quality Assurance, Architect, Application Support Manager, enz.) zet zich dagelijks in om een gewestelijke digitale omgeving te creëren die gebruiksvriendelijk, intuïtief, geïntegreerd, makkelijk in gebruik en praktisch is.
Het gewestelijke platform voor het beheer van burgerrelaties (CRM) stuurt de digitale interacties van de overheidsdiensten aan, stimuleert innovatie en versnelt de dienstverlening. Het is speciaal ontworpen voor interacties met burgers via componenten “overheidssector” (PSS) en is van essentieel belang voor de digitalisering van administratieve procedures. Het e-loket en het beheer van ‘cases’ verbeteren de ervaring van burgers en de efficiëntie van overheidsdiensten. Elke maand worden 25.000 dossiers verwerkt, waarbij meer dan 600 medewerkers en 5.000 actieve gebruikers worden ondersteund. De snelle groei laat zien hoe belangrijk dit platform is in het gewestelijke digitale ecosysteem, dat interacties tussen burgers, bedrijven en overheidsdiensten optimaliseert.
**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als CRM Functional Analyst zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- Je analyseert de bedrijfsprocessen van klanten en je bepaalt het kader voor de CRM-oplossing die aan hun behoeften voldoet;
- Je analyseert de behoeften van interne en/of externe klanten door middel van gestructureerde interviews en gegevensanalyse;
- Je vertaalt de behoeften in user stories, visuele oplossingen en in acceptatiecriteria die goedgekeurd zijn door de vertegenwoordigers van de eindgebruikers;
Je definieert de functionele beperkingen van de CRM-oplossing;
- Je legt de prioritaire functionele aspecten van de applicatie/software vast op basis van de behoeften van de klant en van de eindgebruikers;
- Je fungeert als interface tussen de klant en het ontwikkelingsteam;
- Je begeleidt het opstarten van de applicatie of van de software bij de klant;
- Je neemt deel aan de definitie van applicatie-/softwaretestplannen;
Daartoe controleer je of de ontwikkelingen overeenstemmen met de vooraf vastgestelde functionele
**Je ervaring en competenties**:
- Je hebt ervaring met CRM, in het bijzonder met Salesforce;
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type of over een universitair diploma;
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante beroepservaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je hebt kennis van methodes als AGILE (Scrum), UML en Data Modeling.

Kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands is verplicht, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
